STEP 1
Greet our future clint, answer all the questions Clint may have. Hear the Issue and point towards Cold Room/Hot Room, Cold Floor, or cold/hot home.

Use our IR High Resolution Thermal Imager, Thermal Imaging Camera to see any major leaks in the area with the issue.

STEP 3
Not sure if you have insulation in the walls causing cold draft or loose of a/c. I can check with our Probe Automotive Endoscope Inspection Camera which may be a fee/contract job agreement if multiple areas needed to be checked.

STEP 4
Go in the attic measure the amount of existing insulation (if any) to check if attic is under-insulated

STEP 5
Count all rafters(soffit vents) for our Raft-R-Mate® vents/blocking (necessary if blow-in insulation is going to be applied in attic.)

STEP 6
Look for any seal cracks, crevices, and smaller cavities on flat or irregular surfaces.(Around Light Fixture, pipes, etc.) to know how much PROPINK COMFORTSEAL we will need for project. (necessary if blow-in insulation is going to be applied in attic.)

STEP 7
Check for Mold, Bathroom vents and mechanical exhaust system so air is discharged to the outdoors. Air shall not be exhausted into an attic (except whole house ventilation), soffit, or ridge vent (Baffles).

Send estimate to clients phone, where you will be able to accept estimates with the push of a button.
